Shadaf Real Estate has announced the acquisition of an infrastructure project in Al-Rumaidah District, Taif, with a total value exceeding SAR 20 million.
This acquisition represents a new strategic step within the company’s expansion plan in the infrastructure and development sectors, further strengthening its presence in high-potential locations experiencing rapid urban and investment growth across the Kingdom.
The project is located in Al-Rumaidah District, one of the promising areas in the northeastern part of Taif. The district has attracted growing interest from investors and developers due to its strategic location and proximity to several major development projects and key transportation corridors within the city. The area also benefits from a modern road network that enhances its investment appeal and supports future urban growth.
Commenting on the acquisition, Sultan bin Talal Alharbi, Chief Executive Officer of Shadaf Real Estate, stated:
“This acquisition marks an important milestone in Shadaf Real Estate’s journey and reflects our ongoing commitment to identifying high-quality opportunities that generate long-term value for the company, its partners, and the communities we serve. We believe that Taif, with its strong economic and developmental fundamentals, is one of the Kingdom’s most promising investment destinations for the years ahead.
Through this project, we aim to contribute to urban development and infrastructure enhancement in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, while creating sustainable value for both the local community and the broader economy.”
The acquisition forms part of Shadaf Real Estate’s broader strategy to build a growing portfolio of real estate, development, and investment projects, while actively participating in opportunities that contribute to shaping the future of development across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
